THE CITY OF ROWLETT
Rowlett is situated on Lake Ray Hubbard in northeast Dallas County, approximately twenty miles from downtown Dallas. Located just north of Interstate Highway 30, the City is convenient to much of the shopping and entertainment in the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex. However, Rowlett offers an escape to the quiet, relaxed atmosphere of lakeside living. As one of the top ten Metroplex cities showing the largest population and housing growth rates, the City of Rowlett is still able to offer a subdued lakeside living atmosphere.
