Before Your Arrival
In an effort to protect you and our team, we would like to ensure you have not traveled in the last 2 weeks and that you and your family members (including your pets) have not shown any respiratory symptoms or had any exposure to a person with suspected or confirmed COVID 19. If so, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to a minimum of 2 weeks from the date you returned from travel or were potentially exposed. If your pet is ill, please call us at 972-412-0101 to discuss symptoms or to make special arrangements.
When You Arrive
Park anywhere in the front parking lot. Feel free to park under the large white tent to keep cool. We have cold bottled water and popsicles for you or your children.
Upon arrival for your appointment, please call 972-412-0101 or text the number on our signs to notify us that you have arrived. Please tell us which numbered cone you are parked in front of to facilitate pet transfer.
Small dogs and cats should be brought in a plastic carrier for easy disinfection after use. We would also like to remind you to remove all pet clothing, leashes and collars. We request that you wear a mask, even though you will not be coming inside the building. A team member will come to your car to get your pet. If a team member has not arrived within 10 minutes, please reach out again.
